Our appointment request form is processed by a third-party form service, which transmits your submission to us by email. Our website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messaging

If you tick the optional SMS consent box on our appointment request form and give us your mobile number, we may text you about your project, your appointments, and your account. That form is the only way we collect consent to send you text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your Choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. Please note that we may need to retain certain records — signed contracts, invoices, and tax records — even after a deletion request, because the law requires it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
